30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all Euphoriel products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • At least 75% of the product remaining in its original container
  • In the original packaging whenever possible

Special Considerations for Skincare Products

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons:

  • Sample sizes and travel kits are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Products with broken seals may be returned only if defective or damaged upon receipt
  • Products that show signs of extensive use (less than 75% remaining) may not be eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process:

  1. Email our customer service team at support@euphoriel.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return

  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions

  4. Ship your return with tracking to our fulfillment center at:

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective product, incorrect item shipped).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process on our end once the item is received
  • Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the refund to your account
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us at support@euphoriel.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  3. Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase following the return instructions and place a new order for the desired item.

Limited Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is void if the product has been misused, tampered with, or stored improperly (e.g., exposed to extreme temperatures).

International Returns

For international returns (from the United States to our Canadian fulfillment center), please be aware that:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return shipping process
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit of equal value. Please contact our customer service team at support@euphoriel.com for assistance with gift returns.

Seasonal and Limited Edition Products

Seasonal and limited edition products follow the same 30-day return policy as our regular items, but we encourage you to return these items promptly as they cannot be exchanged for the same product once our inventory is depleted.
